Hi

As a multi-faceted human, I am almost always flummoxed by the bio. Here goes:

I have taught yoga since 2009. My movement self is informed by functional strength building, mobility growth and maintenance, breathwork, and seasons of life. My practice has been re-invented countless times over the years - right now it is slow and quiet and strong. I teach a class that is alignment and breath focused - it looks a little bit like traditional yoga posture but we also do repetitive movements and core work and big breath releases. We move slow and steady and we sweat and then rest.

My human self loves science and unexplainable magic. I rebel against following recipes but make a great soup or salad or loaf of bread. I’ve been knitting bits and bobbles since 1993. I love using my hands and rabbit-hole diving into my creativity with no outcome needed. I’ve been a mama since 2015 and have been on the fast-track to spiritual growth ever since. The most humbling and amazing thing. I love quiet moments in the morning with my hot cup of coffee and my hot husband chatting in the kitchen. I am a extroverted introvert and always look for the dogs at a gathering, aquarius sun/gemini rising/scorpio moon, enneagram 4, and an INFJ, holla!
